Let us help you celebrate summer

The summer, it seems, has finally decided to arrive with a heatwave forecasted for the coming week. With the weather improving thoughts here at Joyful Living have turned to all things summer party and how you can give yours that little something extra…
Beauty Sessions
Want to give a party a little extra sparkle, we can provide hair and make-up stylists to help everyone prepare for the big event. Don’t worry though it’s not all about the girls, as we can also do mini facials, manicure and pedicures to give everyone, including the men in the office, an extra spring in their step.
Massage
Massage has been around for thousands of years and the benefits it brings are numerous. Our on-site massages are a fantastic way to bring some chill to your summer party. Whether it’s a pre-event treat or something to do during it, it is a great way to help your staff de-stress.
If you want to try something a little different, an Indian head massage the day after does wonders at revitalising those that have maybe partied a little too hard the night before. This ancient technique helps to detoxify the body and boost memory. Something we could all do with the morning after!
Yoga & Laughter Yoga
Yoga has been proven as a great stress reliever and a brilliant team building exercise. We can offer an instructor for an ad-hoc session or for regular classes, so why not get the whole team together for a bit of stretching and de-stressing as a thank you for all their hard work. Our laughter yoga sessions are also growing in popularity and a fun way to help boost team morale, why could be more fun than laughing?
Whatever your plans for marking the arrival of summer we can help to give it that little bit extra and make it something that your staff will remember. But on a more serious note, workplace stress is an issue that isn’t going anywhere, in fact, it only seems to be increasing and while beauty treatments, massage and yoga sessions are fun, they are also fantastic stress relievers and anything that can help reduce workplace stress is a good thing.
Happy Summer everyone.
