The Online Mental Health Fist Aid course is a well renowned programme throughout the UK approved by the Royal Society for Public Health designed to provide employees with the skills and confidence to spot the signs of mental health issues and provide information for self-help as well as support for other people in need, including signposting to professional services. The online Mental Health First Aid course includes the same programme of the Adult MHFA Two Day course, presented in a convenient and user-friendly online format. The course is delivered through a mix of live sessions and self-study. These are all conducted online via Online Learning Hub – an integrated learning platform. On completion attendants will be certified as Mental Health First Aiders, receiving an e-certificate.
The workshops will equip designated members within the company with the skills to spot warning signs of mental ill health, and support colleagues in need both during crises and towards recovery. This course will enable companies to implement government guidelines by building strong employee mental health support procedures. The outcome is a change in company culture, with a great focus on mental health and building stronger teams through communication and support.
