MHFA Champion Workshop

Help your managers become mental health champions. This workshop will give them the skills they need to recognise the symptoms of poor mental health, and the deep understanding to ensure that the correct decisions are made to help address any mental health concerns an employee might have.

Our workshops can be run both online and in person, read below for details about the different options.

The MFHA First Aid training Joyful Living provides is specifically for companies, with a minimum of 4 participants per company.

    TV screen or projector with HDMI cables for Mac, Flip chart and paper or two whiteboards.

MFHA England trainers have attended an Instructor Training programme accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health and have extensive experience at delivering mental health at work programmes.
