Mental Health First Aid MHFA Training

The MHFA Fist Aid training is a well renowned programme approved by the Royal Society for Public Health. Having an MHFA First Aider  in place makes sure that your team members will have an initial point of contact to discuss mental health issues, someone who is fully trained to help them cope during a crisis and signpost them towards further help, all dealt in a sensitive and professional way.

On completion attendants will be certified as Mental Health First Aiders, receiving a certificate.

  • "Sharon has been great at guiding us through the course. She was very open and supportive, and never made me feel unable to ask questions. Her ability to ease us into difficult topics and discussions, whilst keeping it light hearted was amazing. I've learnt so much from this, and it has really opened my eyes, but I feel I am able to walk away today with the confidence and knowledge to assist anyone who might need or ask for my help with their mental health".
