"Sharon has been great at guiding us through the course. She was very open and supportive, and never made me feel unable to ask questions. Her ability to ease us into difficult topics and discussions, whilst keeping it light hearted was amazing. I've learnt so much from this, and it has really opened my eyes, but I feel I am able to walk away today with the confidence and knowledge to assist anyone who might need or ask for my help with their mental health".
