Introduction to mindfulness Workshop
Mindfulness is today widely practiced in companies to reduce stress and support employees. Research studies show that mindfulness can greatly help individuals self-regulate moods and thoughts and can powerfully increase resilience in the face of stress and life challenges.
In this introductory workshop participants will learn what Mindfulness is and experience several different techniques they can use to start incorporating a mindfulness practice into their daily life.
