Mindfulness Program (8 Weeks)
The 8-week Mindfulness Programme is designed to train employees on all skills related to Mindfulness and offer solid foundations for their practice. Theory is mixed with self-practice in between session. The content of the course can be tailored to each client and focus on some aspects in particular, for example Stress management, Resilience or Mindful Communication.

Format and Delivery
Onsite. Visual presentation and practical exercises. Delivered to groups at one-week intervals. They can be delivered at a time to suit, either an extended lunch period or towards the end of the working day.
Each session follows on from the previous one and is a mixture of mindfulness practice, enquiry, discussion and teaching.
Material Available
Weekly handouts are made available which cover the content of the session; recordings of practices are sent to participants; a key component of the course is around 30 minutes home practice a day and the trainer provides her own copyrighted materials to support this.
