Mindfulness for Productivity Workshop

The balance between the demands of work and those of personal health and wellness can be a tricky one for employees to manage, and it is necessary to increase self-care practices in order for employees to truly be productive in a healthy and sustainable way. In this workshop, participants will learn how mindfulness can help them boost productivity throughout the workday, while also helping to promote mental calm and increase focus and clarity.
