How we plan our Wellbeing Programmes
Our Programmes are planned together with our clients, after a meeting to understand the company’s specific needs. All Programmes will cater for the Physical and mental wellbeing of employees, plus educational sessions to promote personal knowledge of wellbeing, and it can be in line with the NHS national campaign days.
Programmes are flexible though and bespoke for each client. They can be organised as monthly activities or follow the calendar of wellbeing events planned by the company throughout the year.

If you are looking for a long-term wellbeing strategy for your team, contact us for an initial discussion. We will check your company needs and goals and suggest a plan. After deciding a programme, we will organise all the activities for the period selected and deliver the services at the established time. After sessions and periodically we will request feedback and evaluate the success of the programmes, so that the service can be optimised and even adjusted over time.
An employee wellbeing programme is a long-term strategy for employee wellbeing, so it normally lasts for a year, to deliver a consistent service and give it a chance to achieve lasting results. The programme can go for as long as a company wants though, even 3 or 6 months.
An employee wellness programme is accessible to anyone in the team. For large numbers, multiple sessions can be arranged to cover everyone.
