This is the third time we have booked Joyful Living for office chair massages as a treat for staff during mental health month. This year we had Loretta, who was amazing! Every single one of us came out after a 20 minute chair massage feeling totally relaxed and wanting a nap. Couldn't recommend them enough - Nisha is always professional, quick to respond and really cares about the whole experience. This will be a regular booking for us.

Nisha and her team arranged for two therapists per day (at very short notice - 2 business days!!) for a conference at the ExCeL in London. The feedback we had from visitors to our stand was amazing, especially given these events tend to be long days on your feet with lots of networking. We noticed a significant increase to footfall vs just offering traditional branded merchandise, and doing it in a sustainable way too.
Would definitely recommend for conferences and corporate events.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, we were let down by another company last minute for Mental health awareness week. To our luck Joyful living managed to step in immediately by sending an incredible experienced masseuse to our office. The service was so efficient and seamless, so friendly and helpful on the phone with great communication throughout the booking process. The quality of the mini massages itself were really great, we were very happy and will definitely be using these services again. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We enquired to Nisha About hosting some Workplace massages for Selfridges in the Trafford Centre To celebrate well-being week As a treat for our team. We had Anne come to our office for our mental health awareness week where staff could get a 15 minute back massage. I have to say every single person that took part throughly enjoyed their slot. i would highly recommend this to any person / business. Our company arranged chair massage session which is structured around a 15-minute slot, making it a perfect, quick-break activity. This short duration is ideal for busy schedules, allowing individuals to return to their day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Focus Areas: The therapist concentrates on the back, head, neck, and shoulders.
We booked for 250 and due to the train strike we booked over 2 days. It was such a pleasant and professional experience as Nisha was extremely helpful.

Nisha and the team at Joyful Living provided us with two sessions - a Wellbeing workshop (work-life-balance) and a Wellbeing activity (dance) - with the lovely Sarah Jayne for a nurses Careers Fair. In the lead up, Nisha too the time to really understand our needs, and worked with Sarah Jayne to provide a workshop and activity that would be well suited to our audience. Joyful-Living organised Masseurs to attend each of our 4 offices for the day to mark World Mental Health Day. The Masseurs then provided a schedule of 15-30 minute slots throughout the day. From start to finish Nisha was helpful with all of the organising and the staff reported back how wonderful the Masseurs and massages were, along with how relaxed they felt afterwards. We had arranged for a masseur to attend site and provide a shoulder and neck massage to the occupiers of the estate as a gesture of good will from the landlord. It was an instant sell out and all the customers were extremely pleased.

Joyfulliving have been our provider that we use at work and they have been brilliant. Communication is clear and questions answered. Nisha and Marco have been great to deal with, also provide the best massages ever. I’m really fussy when it come to a massage and the massages at joyfulliving really do hit the mark. Yesterday my company did a couple of activities to recognise Mental Health Awareness Day and we chose Joyful Living to provide the services. I had a great massage from Suzanne and Nisha gave an excellent, interactive presentation on the importance of recognising and managing your personal mental health and stress. We had 4 weekly virtual sessions of the HIIT workout, its certainly a great way to kickstart the day, gave us plenty of energy and focus to make it through the day. The team were put through their paces but Giacomo catered for all fitness levels and was able to mix up the routines and provide a full body workout, would recommend !

We hired Joyful Living for a virtual event as part of a series of wellbeing events that we put on for our employees, to help them cope with the effects of the pandemic.
Nisha was very helpful and accommodating throughout our initial discussions and recommended Melissa Re as our Yoga and Breathwork teacher. Melissa was absolutely fantastic, she taught us some great breathing techniques and chair yoga poses that our employees can continue to use in their daily routines.

The whole process was flawless, from the booking, correspondence and actual session. The event was managed effectively and the yoga session itself was brilliantly run. The instructor (Priya) was knowledgeable, motivating and set the tone for the session. After a long half term of remote teaching, she was able to encourage our teachers to relax, exercise gently and switch off from the pressures of this term. All our staff enjoyed this immensely and I cannot recommend booking with this company enough. Nisha was incredibly accommodating. Thank you!

As a company, we wanted to create a 'Wellness Month' which included workshops on Mental Health, Nutrition, Stress, Anxiety and Well-being. The overall feedback was very positive, all who attended learnt a great deal. The trainers Audra & Melissa were amazing, very warm and welcoming. Both made staff feel at ease which encouraged them to ask more questions and share experiences. Melissa also sent over the slides from her sessions which included breathing exercises and advice. This was very helpful for our team.
