Leadership Development Workshop
This module is ideal to provide managers with the time to reflect on the effects that their style has on both themselves and their team members. By understanding their strengths and weaknesses, managers will be able to maximise their leadership style in order to ensure they are in the strongest position to develop and sustain teams that have both the capacity and motivation to achieve high levels of performance.
