We don’t have control over many things, but one thing we do, is what we eat! Although take away or microwave foods may seem the answer in busy times, they are packed with a lot of extra ingredients that hinder our wellbeing long term. But there is a great way to prepare meals ahead and making them delicious by cooking at home and learning to make extra to have across the week; minimizing cooking time each day.
