Hormones are truly the machinists that control our body! If we are out of balance with hormones, we can experience emotional changes, but also physiological changes that are not comfortable and can knock our self-confidence and mental health too. Although women are more sensitive to hormonal fluctuations, men are not immune to this and we will cover both. The tips women can use for most hormonal balance, can benefit men too and so the understanding of what the other sex is going through.
