Tackling Addictive Behaviour
Addictions can have many forms: substances, shopping, gambling, food, sex, to name a few. In any case, from a way to manage emotions they soon end up out of control, deeply affecting mental health and disrupting one’s behaviour and performance. Supporting employees in tackling addictive behaviours is a way to foster employee wellbeing and build a healthy workplace.

Up to 20 participants, but the smaller the group the more it can be tailored to the individuals’ particular issues or questions.
Duration
60 minutes.
It could be extended to 2 hours to enable participants to have a more personalised experience with Q& A’s or specific issues raised beforehand via email and then addressed anonymously for the whole group.
