Corporate Laughter Yoga

It is scientifically proven that practicing laughter provides major physiological and psychological benefits. Laughter Yoga is a fun interactive Workshop, ideal for reducing stress, team building and creating a positive atmosphere at work. It involves breathing exercises with eye contact, jokes and playfulness between participants. A session of fun and contagious laughter.
