The uncertainties of unpredictable events, like a pandemic, can pose challenges in terms of mental wellbeing. In this workshop we discuss some of the emotional and physical warning signs of Coronavirus induced anxiety and we will introduce several effective coping strategies to help participants decrease their overall stress and anxiety levels.
