With muscular skeletal issues being among the main reasons for employee absence, there is great need to alleviate problems deriving from sitting at a desk all day, such as poor posture, tension in the upper body and tightness in the leg muscles.
Desk yoga is a convenient and flexible session, combining yoga poses, stretching, meditation and deep breathing, which can be easily performed at the desk, whether in the office, or at home.

|Delivery: Onsite and Online||Onsite classes are delivered at your premises. Online classes are performed on Zoom. We will send a link to participants to be able to attend the class, they just need access to the internet and a computer device.|
