A cardiovascular boost, to keep your team productive
Our corporate fitness sessions provide a good workout for all levels. Sessions will consist of a warmup, main phase and cool down/stretch. There will be timed periods of working out with scheduled breaks, to keep the heart rate elevated for a specific period of time and improve cardio-vascular fitness. We will be working through the main 7 primal movements: Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, Twist, Bend and Move to train your body optimally and functionally.
- Elevate the heart rate and push the cardiovascular system, using weights or bodyweight
- Increase calorie burning
- Improve overall health and fitness levels, from muscular tone to endurance and fat loss

|Format and Delivery: Onsite and Online||Onsite classes are performed at your premise or event. Online classes are performed on Zoom. We will send a link to participants to be able to attend the class, they just need access to the internet and a computer device|
