Our online Pilates classes focus on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve body alignment, flexibility and posture.
In this class you will earn how to move your body optimally and mindfully through various movements, with muscular support and strength. Feel stronger, fitter, more flexible and mobile. |Format||A guided practical session consisting of a warmup, main phase and cool down/stretch. Mixing classical Pilates moves with higher intensity cardiovascular based movements.|
|Delivery: Onsite and Online||Onsite classes are performed at your premise or event. Online classes are performed on Zoom. We will send a link to participants to be able to attend the class, they just need access to the internet and a computer device.|
