Meditation in movement
Shibashi is an accessible practice of 18 movements derived from Chi Gung and Yang style Tai Chi. It combines breath with movement and flow making this a relaxing practice. The practice is low impact, putting minimal stress on joints and muscles. It is a great practice to start the day or end the day, promoting deep relaxation for the body, mind and soul. It is a moving meditative practice helping one centre and ground.
