The Challenge
Silvey Fleet’s need was to support colleagues with the challenges being faced as a result of the national lockdowns, making sure to promote the team’s wellbeing, from a physical, and mental health perspective and keep them engaged and motivated.
Joyful Living to the Rescue!
In December 2020 Joyful Living helped organise a wellbeing month, delivering workshops such as Nutrition, Mental Health Awareness for Employees, Digital Detox and Stress and Anxiety over Covid. This provided the team with the skills to boost their wellbeing whilst working from home. Joyful Living also provided Pilates and HIIT sessions designed to keep employees active and maintain their physical wellbeing.
